  DO NOT USE. After 3 weeks of negotiations, photos and an agrreement, Dave decides on the day that it's too hard to get his trailer into the complex and to get someone else with a ute. We have 3 tonne trucks deliver here over the past eight years (yes it's a bit tight but it can be done.) but it's your fault for not telling him, despite offers fo him to come have a look first and an email advisig him on where to park etc. Never heard of Google maps??? So instead of 3 weeks to arrange and find a professional business who can deliver on a promise, i have 3 days.
